My family and I were starving after driving in from Southern California on a recent trip. Las Vegas has many food choices, but I remembered this new spot as we walked through Aria from Park MGM. This food hall is more upscale than your usual food court. The space is clean and inviting, with ample seating. It's also good for a quick bite or to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The prices reflect the location and ambiance, but it's still worth experiencing the tasty options. Ordering using the kiosks or your mobile device is easy. You'll receive a text when your orders are ready for pickup at the vendor. Proper Eats has ten restaurants to suit any craving, so it took a moment to choose what to eat. We had a large group and ordered items from different vendors. We sampled each other's orders, and everything was delicious. What I tried: * Lobsta Queen Cut Roll from Temaki Bar Sushi - pricey but well-prepared 4/5 * Tonkotsu Ramen from Laughing Buddha - flavorful broth and perfect noodles 4.5/5 * Basket O Tenders from Seoul Bird Fried Chicken--so good! They have a light, crispy, seasoned coating and juicy meat. 5/5 * Backyard Classic Burger from Lola's Burgers - flavorful and juicy 4/5 When we dined in during the week, the food hall was relatively quiet, so it was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind and helped us get situated in the dining area. A few games and TV programs also allow you to pass the time. I can't wait to try more items like their Happy Hour and the lounge. I do miss the Aria Buffet. :(

Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's go!. This was one of the first areas of I visited for breakfast. It is basically a food court with about 5 or 6 restaurants not including a bar as well that you can either dine in or take your food to go. It is more of a place that you may be in time constraints and you want a meal quick and easy then this is your spot!.

Love this type of food court with original and exclusive dinning options. The Korean fried chicken from Soulbird was top tier and one order of four pieces is enough to split between two people. It was very filling. The curly fries frim here were good but just basic. We wanted try some of everything. The truffle parmesan fries from Lola's Burgers were awesome and the sauce it came with was excellent. The roast beef mozzarella sandwich from Parm was not so good. The bread seemed dried out and stale. The flavor on the sandwich was good but i wouldnt risk it again. Wish they had more protein in their pasta options. However, the cannolis from Parm were great! The music was kind of a weird vibe and a little loud but the dinning area was nicer than any old cafeteria and it was really easy to order from my phone.
